INVERTER COMPATIBILITY
Check your inverter model
A battery and inverter must be checked at model, firmware, protocol, cable pinout and current-limit level. Send the exact inverter model and firmware version so we can check the battery connection and settings.

What we verify
Exact hardware
Battery model/BMS, inverter model, phase and battery-port requirements.
Communication
CAN or RS485 protocol, pinout, termination, DIP address and cable.
Operating limits
Charge/discharge current, voltage window, parallel quantity and firmware behavior.
Send these details for confirmation
- Inverter brand, exact model and firmware version
- Battery capacity and quantity
- Single-phase or three-phase system
- On-grid, backup, hybrid or off-grid application
- Country and applicable certification
- Photos of ports or existing wiring where relevant
Important: compatibility is configuration-specific and must be reconfirmed in the quotation or technical response.
Check before you order.
Send the exact inverter model and intended battery quantity.
What a compatibility confirmation should contain
- Exact inverter brand and model, region variant and firmware version.
- Battery model, BMS hardware/firmware and permitted number of parallel units.
- Supported voltage window, continuous current limits and operating mode.
- CAN or RS485 protocol selection, connector pinout and approved cable.
- Startup sequence, SOC reporting, alarm behaviour and controlled charge/discharge settings.
Physical connector versus working communication
Two devices can both have CAN connectors and still use incompatible messages or pinouts. Closed-loop operation requires the inverter to interpret the battery’s SOC and charge/discharge limits correctly. A connection that displays voltage alone is not proof that all protective and control functions have been validated.
Three review outcomes
Confirmed for the specified combination: retain the matching hardware, firmware and settings record. Further testing required: use sample evaluation before committing to volume. Not established: do not describe the combination as compatible or ship it on that assumption.
A public tested-brand matrix is not currently available here. Submit the exact inverter details for a model-specific review; the brand name alone is insufficient.
Commissioning evidence
- Battery and inverter recognise the intended protocol and battery count.
- Displayed SOC and operating limits are plausible and consistent.
- Charging and discharging remain within agreed limits.
- Alarms and recovery behave as required in the approved commissioning procedure.
- Settings, firmware and serial numbers are recorded for future support.
