ABOUT GRASPMART

Residential battery supply, technical coordination and support.

Graspmart helps distributors and solar installers turn a home battery requirement into a defined product, an agreed delivery scope and a practical support route.

Who we are and what we supply

Graspmart is a residential energy storage brand and supply partner working with manufacturing partners. Our focus is low-voltage LiFePO4 batteries for solar self-consumption and home backup, with 10.24, 15.07/16.08 and 20.48 kWh reference platforms at the centre of the range.

Our role is to connect product selection, technical information and order coordination. For a buyer, that means defining the battery configuration, checking inverter requirements, clarifying the document package and agreeing the commercial and after-sales scope through one contact. Manufacturing is carried out by our supply partners; Graspmart handles your enquiry, product selection and order communication.

Who we work with

  1. Distributors: a coherent capacity range, model comparisons, sample evaluation and repeat-order consistency.
  2. Solar installers: battery and inverter information, installation requirements and a route for technical questions.
  3. Residential EPCs: load and backup requirements, equipment scope and commissioning responsibilities.
  4. Energy brands: OEM options for appearance, labels, documentation and packaging, subject to the selected platform.

How a project moves from enquiry to delivery

  1. Project brief: country, inverter, daily energy use, backup circuits, quantity and deadline.
  2. Configuration: select voltage, capacity, current capability, enclosure and communication requirements.
  3. Technical review: identify remaining compatibility questions and documents needed for the market.
  4. Quotation: agree model, included items, exclusions, lead time, Incoterm and warranty scope.
  5. Sample and approval: record the accepted configuration and requested test evidence before repeat supply.
  6. Delivery and support: keep model and serial references available for commissioning and any service request.

Production planning should be tied to the approved model and order quantity. Relevant checks include cell and BMS identity, assembly workmanship, cable and connector selection, protection functions, communication, charge/discharge testing, ageing and final packing inspection.

For a purchase requiring inspection evidence, specify which records must accompany the shipment: approved datasheet revision, serial or batch list, agreed electrical test results, labels, packing photographs and accessory list. Ask for current stock, production lead time and shipment options for your order quantity.

Support through Graspmart Care

Support starts with the system information: battery serial number, inverter model, firmware, alarms and installation records. The next step can be a configuration check, remote diagnostic discussion or coordination with the installer. Parts replacement and warranty decisions follow the applicable written terms.

Local installation and service depend on the partner and country. Confirm local installer availability and the agreed response arrangements before ordering. See Graspmart Care for the information needed to open a support request.

What Graspmart handles on each order

We collect the inverter model, required capacity, installation country and order quantity; compare them with the available battery models; and return the technical questions that must be settled before quotation.

After the model is selected, we coordinate the current datasheet, labels, accessories, packing requirements and agreed inspection records with the manufacturing partner. The quotation identifies the product and commercial scope. The matching documents and order references are then kept for delivery and after-sales enquiries.
