Good commissioning records allow support to compare the current system with a known starting point. Without them, a later alarm can turn into repeated requests for model numbers, settings and wiring photographs.

Record identity before operation
Save battery and inverter serial numbers, complete model names, firmware and manual revisions. Include the communication cable reference and the number of batteries. Match the delivered equipment to the approved quotation.
Record settings and functional results
Capture the chosen battery profile, current limits, SOC limits and supported operating mode. Record communication status, alarms and the results of the agreed charge/discharge and backup checks. The procedure should follow the system manuals.
Create a customer handover file
Provide the normal shutdown procedure, support contact, warranty reference and installer details. Keep a copy of installation photographs showing labels, connections and clearances. Avoid including passwords in a general service file.
Details to confirm
- Serials and firmware
- Approved settings
- Test results and timestamps
- Handover and installer details
Are photographs enough?
They help, but they do not replace recorded settings, model identity and functional test results.
Product and project review
See the related Graspmart battery specifications and compare the available capacities. Use the reference data to shortlist a platform, then confirm the exact production model, accessories and operating limits in the quotation.
Send the inverter model, destination, quantity and the requirements listed above through the project enquiry form. Include existing equipment details when the battery is being added to an installed system.
